Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant as well as a model. She started competing in fitness contests when she was sixteen after having ended her childhood gymnastics career. When she was 17 she was awarded her professional card only one year after. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. She began participating in fitness competitions at the age of 16, after she quit her gymnastics program in childhood. A year later, at the age of 17 she was awarded her professional card. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest person ever. Ariel quit the stage after the duration of six years, in order to complete her university. Following her completion of college Ariel came back in the year 2015. She continued where she had left off in the previous contests including those of the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She continued to compete for a number of years after her first show, setting more ambitious goals for herself each year. She had already been awarded four fitness awards. Also, she became one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all in history (age 17) after she took home at the 2010 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel Ariel Ariel took an absence of six years from competitive sports following her professional card's issuance to complete her college degree. The IFBB Fitness Pro Debut took place during the Phoenix Europa Games, in 2015 October. She finished in third place. Summer of 2016, she was the winner of her place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. In the process, she was able to participate in Fitness Olympia. She walked out on stage three month later and returned with a sixth place in the Fitness Division. Ariel, who had absolutely no expectations when she entered and was thrilled by the result. She was up against the best. Ariel is always improving her physique. Ariel likes to focus specifically on the back. The workouts she does for strengthening her back are bent-over row on the machine that use single arm lat pull-downs. First, she warms up prior to moving on to exercises. Ariel gets the most out of the time she has. Her routine for back exercises comprises three or more supersets, each comprising 10-12 repetitions.
